Your pack shipment
Artisti in Piazza Shop accepts orders with shipments in Italian, European and extra-European territory.
Packages are generally sent within one week of receipt of payment and are sent via SDA PosteItaliane with tracking and delivery without signature.
The shipping costs are charged to the customer. Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs and postage. The management costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your parcel will be sent at your risk, but special attention is paid in case of fragile items. The boxes are adequately large and your items are well protected.
The goods will be delivered to the destination address specified at the time of the order.
Right of withdrawal / Return
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract no later than 14 days from the delivery. The consumer will present his explicit declaration on the decision to withdraw from the contract by writing to the email address shop@artistiinpiazza.com
To be refunded, it is necessary to return what received, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. The shipping costs of the withdrawal are charged to the customer.
